Yes ! Just email Hello@frookeats.com 72 hours before your parcel is due for delivery. 

You can change your delivery date 72 hours before your original delivery is due e.g. if your order is expected Thursday, update your and email Hello@frookeats.com the revised order by 5pm on Monday. Just email Hello@frookeats.com.

All our boxes are fully insulated, so they’ll keep your food frozen until you’re home. However, we can leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re out. Just enter your delivery instructions at the checkout stage on our website and we recommend downloading the DPD app to update this if anything changes.
